<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt structure with a buckle securing a function as a seat belt, and minimally reduced in the feeling of a foreign substance caused by the abutment of the buckle on a body when a person seats on or lies on a seat cushion by a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: The buckle 12 whose base end 31 is installed to a tip 32 of a webbing 30 fixed to a floor panel 10 is fitted to and held in a housing space 5 formed on a seat cushion 2, and a leg member 20 in which a leg 22 with a tip 22d opposed to a floor panel 10 having an interval is formed is mounted to the buckle 12. When an occupant moves forward by a collision and the like, the tip 22d of the leg 22 abuts on the floor panel 10 and restrain the movement of the buckle 12 so as to secure a function of the seat belt. When a person lies or seats on the seat cushion 2, the buckle 12 is sunk together with the sink of the seat cushion 2 so as to reduce the feeling of a foreign substance caused by the abutment of the buckle 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
