EMERGENCY VEHICLE GUIDING DEVICE, PROGRAM, AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the signal parameter of a series of traffic lights which exist along a traveling path so that an emergency vehicle can smoothly travel along the traveling path of the emergency vehicle.

SOLUTION: When the emergency vehicle reaches each intersection, a green light time TB is controlled for each traffic light 6 so that there will not be any vehicle waiting for signal on the traveling road of an emergency vehicle, or that traffic congestion can be canceled, by considering the traffic congestion circumstances of intersections on a path, where an emergency vehicle 1 passes and its arrival time to each intersection, and notifies each traffic light 6 of this. Each traffic light 6 performs signal control, based on the received green signal time TB so that the emergency vehicle can smoothly pass the intersection.
