<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of effectively cooling each battery while compactly arranging a plurality of batteries. <P>SOLUTION: Batteries are arranged in two lines, part of each side of batteries in the adjacent lines to the prescribed line comes into between the adjacent batteries in the prescribed line of these lines, and a lower case 3 holding these batteries 2 in this state and a covering member 4 are provided.
