<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a tire which can efficiently form bead apex rubber uniform in the circumferential direction, can achieve the improvement in the productive efficiency of a tire and the improvement in uniformity, and can easily produce a tire provided with bead apex rubber with deformable various cross-sectional shapes, and to provide a pneumatic tire produced thereby. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the pneumatic tire comprises: a strip winding stage S3 where a rubber strip 20 is spirally piled and wound to the circumferential direction on the ply inside part 6A1a at the inside in the axial direction of a tire than a bead core set position P and/or the ply outside part 6A1b at the outside in the axial direction of the tire in a cylindrical ply 6A1 wound on a shaping former, so as to form a strip wound body 21 for forming a bead apex; an expanding stage S4 where the ply inside part 6A1a in the cylindrical ply 6A1 is expanded, so as to be a toroid shape; and a joining stage S5 where the ply outside part 6A1b in the cylindrical ply 6A1 is turned up around the bead core 5, and the strip wound body 21 is inserted in a space with the toroid-shaped ply inside part 6A1a, and they are mutually joined. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
