PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recording in a holographic recording medium, by which preferable recording and fixing can be performed without decreasing the recording capacity, and to provide a method for manufacturing a holographic recording medium, a holographic recording medium and a holographic information recording device. SOLUTION: The method for recording in a holographic recording medium 1 that has a recording layer 13 for optical recording divided into a plurality of cells 13A, 13B and the like by a partitioning section (partitioning member 12) includes: a recording step of recording information in a predetermined cell (e.g. in a cell 13A); and a fixing step after the recording step, for fixing the predetermined cell by irradiating the cell with light.
