PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to perform a height position adjustment quickly after securing reliable fixing of a water-flowing member. SOLUTION: Retaining member 40 holding wastewater drain P, standard 30 which supports the retaining member 40 by a predetermined height position, and positioning implement 50 which fixes a height position of an established retaining member 40 are installed to provide an oval hole 37 vertically prolonged which is continuously arranged so that two or more lozenge shape holes 38 may carry out communication to standard 30 through a narrow clearance 38a. Positioning member 50, between securing posture in which are prevented by narrow clearance 38a after lozenge shape hole 38 has been inserted and fitted, and rise and fall are regulated, and release of securing postures in which narrow clearance 38a may be passed, securing object 53 in which posture change is possible, and operation portion 57 for operating posture change of the securing object 53, are provided. A securing object 53 is composed to become so that posture change can be made between securing posture and release of securing posture by one touch control of operation portion 57.
