PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic document feeder capable of preventing involving of discharged document and the deterioration of aligning the discharged document without complicating and enlarging the device, and an image forming device provided with the automobile document feeder. SOLUTION: In the automobile document feeder 1, a switching member (a switching hook) 10 can switch a carrying destination of document P between a nip (a reversing nip) 43 of a reversing roller 8c and a reversing driven roller 8a, and a nip (a discharging nip) 45 of the reversing roller 8c and a discharging driven roller 8b.
