PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that an input terminal cover is left uninstalled after being removed or sometimes falls off accidentally, since a conventional power device is designed to have a terminal base therein for wiring on the input side, with a cable connected thereto and designed to install an input terminal cover therein for preventing an electric shock due to exposure of the connected part, wherein the input terminal cover is made removable from outside the power device. SOLUTION: As a slidable input terminal cover, it is designed to be locked unless the top plate of the power device is taken off, so that the input terminal cover is not easily opened, preventing it from being left uninstalled or from falling off, for example.
