PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that when the stem of a leaf vegetable such as spinach is cut and only the leaf part is harvested, the leaf part becomes an unstable state at the point of time when cutting the stem and each leaf part is not excellently harvested. SOLUTION: In the leaf vegetable harvester for harvesting only the leaf part Ya of a leaf vegetable Y, a reaping blade 31 for cutting the stem Yb of the leaf vegetable Y cultivated in a field is arranged at a position slightly separated from a field surface at the front end position of a machine body frame 2 disposed on a traveling apparatus 1. A conveyor belt 41 for placing each leaf part Ya cut by the reaping blade 31 and conveying the leaf part to the rear side of the machine body frame is arranged on the machine body frame 2, and a leaf part raking up brush roll 51 for raking up each leaf part Ya immediately after being cut by the reaping blade 31 to the front end part of the conveyor belt is arranged on the upper position of the front end part of the conveyor belt 41.
