It is possible to obtain an image in which a target region is optimally magnetization-ratio-emphasized when performing a magnetization-ratio-emphasized imaging. The measurement order of a plurality of echo signals is controlled according to the size of a desired target region of an examinee. Preferably, a target frequency in a K-space corresponding to the size of the target region is obtained and the measurement order of the echo signals is controlled so that the echo signal corresponding to the target frequency is measured at a target echo time or in the vicinity of the target echo time.
