The vehicle has a ballast tank for adjusting of a submerged depth, which is formed by a piston-cylinder-arrangement. A cylinder (2) has a gas-filled cylinder chamber (6) containing gas-filled volume that is changeable by controlling of a piston (4). The volume is limited by the piston movably guided in the cylinder. The gas-filled cylinder chamber exhibits a compressed gas supply. The piston divides the cylinder into the gas-filled cylinder chamber filled with a gaseous medium and another gas-filled cylinder chamber (8) filled with liquid fluid medium.
