A square cutting machine for cubed radish Kimchi is provided to realize the mass production of cubed radish Kimchi and to enable a longitudinal cutter to be easily and conveniently exchanged for a different shaped cutter in order to prepare different shaped radish Kimchi. A rotating bar(20) with a screw thread on the peripheral surface is rotated by a power driving unit(10). A pressurizing unit(30) is located on the outer circumference of the rotating bar and ascended and descended according to the rotation of the rotating bar. An inlet port(40) is positioned in the lower part of the pressurizing unit. A longitudinal cutter(50) is latticed and positioned in the lower part of the inlet port. A transversal cutter(60) cuts radish in a transversal direction. The shape of lattice can be square, triangular, hexagonal, circular or snowman-shaped. The transversal cutter performs a seesaw motion according to the rotation of a rotating cam(70). An outlet port(90) is located in the lower part of the transversal cutter. |
