<p>Disclosed is a polymer having high antistatic properties, while exhibiting high solubility in solvents and high compatibility in blends. Also disclosed are an antistatic agent, a curable composition and a water-repellent/oil-repellent agent, each containing the polymer. Specifically disclosed is a linear block polymer, block star polymer or block graft polymer, which has at least one block wherein an anion in a polymer side chain and a counter cation form an onium salt. Also disclosed is a composition containing the linear block polymer, block star polymer or block graft polymer. The linear block polymer preferably has a number average molecular weight of not more than 20,000, and the block star polymer and the block graft polymer preferably have a number average molecular weight of not less than 10,000.</p> |
