<p>A signal line driving circuit, a display device and an electronic device are provided to improve the property of the settling by not including the switch on the output path of the output buffer part. A signal line driving circuit comprises an output buffer part(200). The output buffer part amplifies an input data. The input data runs the signal wire. The signal wire is electrically connected to the display cell. The signal wire receives the positive polarity or the negative polarity signal voltage from the signal line driving circuit. The output buffer part produces the positive polarity or the negative polarity signal voltage. The output buffer part selectively supplies one of the positive polarity and the negative polarity signal voltage to the first and second signal wires. The output buffer part has a positive polarity operational amplifier(211), a negative polarity operational amplifier(221), the first output buffer, the second output buffer and a switching member(230). Each of the electronic device and the display device comprise the display unit and the signal line driving circuit. The display unit has display cells. The display cells are two-dimensionally arranged along the rows and columns.</p> |
