A sitz bath is provided, which prevents various kinds of the diseases of the part and can be used as the table of the interior decoration when not in use. A sitz bath comprises: a timber supporting board(10) in which a lid(20) is combined with the top and a through-hole is formed in the handle and upper plate(30); a frame(40) equipped with the near infrared ray lamp; a supporting unit(60) which is combined with the top of frame and supports the diffusing plate for diffusing the near infrared ray; a control switch for switching on/off the near infrared ray lamp; and a temperature controller which is formed in the control switch and controls the temperature of the near infrared ray lamp.
