摘要 A high porous metal sintered product and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to distribute micro pores between powder particles uniformly by successively performing degreasing and sintering processes after mixing minute metal powder with binder of a wax type. A manufacturing method of a high porous metal sintered product comprises: a step(S10) selecting the material of binder and metal powder; a step(S20) putting metal powder into mixed solvent and mixing the metal powder and the mixed solvent and heating the metal powder and the mixed solvent and completely evaporating the solvent and manufacturing a pellet; a step(S30) putting the pellet in a mold and forming a molded product; a step(S40) injecting the molded product in the heated solvent and removing a part of the binder from the molded product; a step(S50) removing the binder by gradually heating the molded product to liquefy the binder and cooling the molded product to manufacture the metal sintered product; and a step(S60) inspecting the defect of the manufactured metal sintered product.
