A display device for improving multi-view definition error and manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a multi-view implementation property due to mis-align of a substrate by forming a barrier pattern and an align key through a photo process on at least one side of a display panel. A display panel indicates an image. A barrier pattern(110) is arranged on an outer side of the display panel, and adjusts a light route to at least two or more viewing angle directions. A protection member is arranged on the display panel including the barrier pattern. The protection member includes one among acryl resin, imide resin, oxidation silicon, and silicon nitride ITO.
