A system for splitting a ballast tank of a ship is provided to increase the restoration efficiency of the ship by dividing the ballast tank with a partition. A system for splitting a ballast tank of a ship comprises: a cargo tank(14) loading a cargo in a ship(10); a ballast tank(12) protecting the cargo tank; and a partition dividing the ballast tank in order to minimize the amount of the seawater flowing in by the damage of the ship.
