A rotation angle control apparatus and a loading bridge including the same are provided to realize the rotation angle visibility by installing an encoder at one end of a rotation shaft. A rotation angle control apparatus and a loading bridge including the same comprise: a rotation shaft(610); a first detecting part(620) fixed to the home position in the rotation shaft; a first sensor installed in order to induce a sensing part to a rotating path of the first detecting part; a second detecting part(640) fixed to the home position in the rotation shaft in order for the end part to be located at the point separated to the rotation direction of the rotation shaft from the first detecting part; and a second sensor installed in order to induce the sensing part to the rotation path of the second detecting part.
