A door locking device of a loading bridge is provided to increase the safety of passenger by automatically locking a door of the loading bridge once the door is closed. A door locking device of a loading bridge comprises: a door providing a channel for passengers, opened and closed, located between the tunnel and aircraft gateway of the loading bridge; a hole equipped in the edge of the door; a joint(142) combined in the hole and locking the door; a door supporting part(131) supporting the door; and a locking part(140) consisting of a joint support stand(144) supporting the locking and canceling of the joint, connected to the door supporting part.
