Antirust treatment method for inflator steel parts

摘要

An antirust treatment method of inflator steel components is provided to improve antirust effect on components of steel materials and enable one operator to manage whole process. An antirust treatment method of inflator steel components comprises: a step(1) removing gasoline adhering to components through ultrasonic wave with dipping a tray in which components are loaded with alkaline rinse solution; a step(2) secondly removing the gasoline through ultrasonic wave in the other dipping bath; a step(3) spaying industrial water to components to remove rinse solution; a step(4) secondly spraying pure water to the components; a step(5) blowing air to the components to be dried; a step(6) coating the surface of the dried components with antirust oil; a step(7) blowing hot air to the components coated with antirust oil to dry the antirust oil; a step(8) cooling the components; and a step(9) packing the components.
