<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel controller for own vehicle to pass smoothly a preceding vehicle disturbing a traffic flow ahead, while making a travel state of the own vehicle follow a travel state of the preceding vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: This travel controller 100 for making the travel state of the own vehicle follow the travel state of the preceding vehicle, while setting the preceding vehicle as a following object, is provided with a propriety-of-traffic flow disturbing vehicle determining means 11 for determining whether the preceding vehicle is a traffic flow disturbing vehicle of disturbing the traffic flow or not, and a release condition moderating means 12 for moderating a condition of excepting the preceding vehicle out of the following objects, when the preceding vehicle is determined as the traffic flow disturbing vehicle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
