PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicinal composition with excellent storage stability. SOLUTION: The calcium channel blocker-containing medicinal composition contains a calcium channel blocker shown by general formula (I) (wherein R1represents an optionally substituted 1-4C alkyl group, an amino group, a cyano group, R2represents an optionally substituted 1-4C alkyl group, a substituted 3-4C alkenyl group, a substituted 4-6 membered cyclic amino group and R3represents a substituted phenyl group) or its pharmacologically acceptable salt and a pharmacologically acceptable alkaline medium giving at least pH8 to an aqueous or dispersed solution of the medicinal composition.
