PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely remove echo components included in collected sounds. SOLUTION: A signal processing part 4 is provided with band division parts 41a and 41b for dividing a first sound signal generated by a first microphone and a second sound signal generated by a second microphone into a prescribed frequency band. Then, a sound processor is provided with sound source separation parts 42-1 to 42-1,024 for separating sound echo components issued by the first sound source included in the sound emitted by the second sound source every prescribed frequency band on the basis of power of first and second microphones. The sound processor is provided with a band synthesization part 43 for synthesizing a first and a second sound signals in which echo components of the first sound source have been separated by the sound source separation parts 42-1 to 42-1,024 into a sound signal including sound emitted by the first sound source and into a sound signal including an echo component of the first sound source.
