PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress noise generated in an A/D conversion circuit. SOLUTION: The noise suppressing device 50 includes: the A/D conversion circuit 5 which includes a plurality of input and output terminals connected to each other via an internal circuit, and which outputs a digital signal converted from an analog signal which is output from a first microphone connected to a first input terminal, from a first output terminal; a filter coefficient determination section 6 for determining a first filter coefficient based on the digital signal output from the first output terminal of the A/D conversion circuit 5, and the digital signal output from a second output terminal of the A/D conversion circuit 5; and a noise suppression section 7 for performing noise suppressing processing on the digital signal output from the first output terminal of the A/D conversion circuit 5, based on the first filter coefficient determined by the filter coefficient determination section 6, and the digital signal output from the second output terminal of the A/D conversion circuit 5.
