PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accident report device, capable of accurately acquiring, in the event of a collision accident, information of a vehicle of the collision partner. SOLUTION: The accident report device 200 comprises an own vehicle storage means 102 which stores unique information of an own vehicle; an inter-vehicular communication means 103 which transmits the unique information of the own vehicle stored in the own vehicle storage means 102 and further receives unique information of an adjacent vehicle transmitted by the adjacent vehicle; an adjacent vehicle storage means 104 which stores the unique information of the adjacent vehicle received by the inter-vehicular communication means for a fixed time; a current position detection means 101 which detects current position information of the own vehicle; an accident recognition means 100 which recognizes a collision of the own vehicle; a communication means 105 which performs communications with the outside; and a control means 106 which reports, with the recognition of the collision by the accident recognition means 100 as a trigger, the unique information of the own vehicle, the unique information of the adjacent vehicle, and the current position information of the own vehicle to an external report center through the communication means 105.
