PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pilot valve structure of a pressure reducing valve on which a foreign matter is hardly deposited between a pilot stem and a stem guide, and between a pilot valve port and a pilot valve element. SOLUTION: In the structure, a main valve port 5 is arranged between an entrance 2 and an exit 3. A diaphragm 21 as a pressure responsive unit detects that a side pressure of the exit 3 is decreased lower than a setting pressure and opens a pilot valve 12, thereby opening the main valve port 5 and maintains the side pressure of the exit 3 in the setting pressure. The pilot valve 12 is formed of the pilot stem 10, stem guide 11 for sliding and guiding the pilot stem 10, pilot valve port 20, and pilot valve element 15 for opening or closing the pilot valve port 20. The pilot stem 10 and pilot valve element 15 are formed of synthetic resins. A weight 19 having a specific gravity larger than the material of the pilot stem 10 and pilot valve element 15 is arranged in the center of the pilot stem 10 and pilot valve element 15.
