PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical connector device capable of securing reliability on optical coupling of an optical waveguide of an optical waveguide connector to an optical device of an optical device connector, by a magnetic attractive force connection part. SOLUTION: This optical connector device is provided with an optical fiber connector 2 having an optical fiber 2A for propagating a light, and a ferrule 2B for holding the optical fiber 2A, the optical device connector 3 having a holder 3B for holding the optical fiber connector 2 to allow insertion and pulling-out, and the optical device 3A coupled optically to the optical fiber 2A, and the magnetic attractive force connection part 4 for connecting the optical device 3A of the optical device connector 3 to the ferrule 2B of the optical fiber connector 2 by a magnetic attractive force.
