PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability in a MDGC system combining two GCs. SOLUTION: A ganged processing sections 42, 44 are added to gang together actions of a primary controlling and processing section 41 controlling a primary GC device 1 and of a secondary controlling and processing section 43 controlling a secondary GC device 3, which sections are embodied by a special-purpose software installed in a computer main unit 40. Sample information, analysis conditions, and instructions such as commencement and cessation of an analysis which are input and set on an operational display by the primary controlling and processing section 41 are thereby transmitted also to the secondary controlling and processing section 43, and commencement and cessation of data collection are performed simultaneously in the primary GC device 1 and the secondary GC device 3 with a single operational instructions or input.
