PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circling combustion type heavy oil-waste oil stove , effectively burning by allowing a combustion gas to be retained in a combustion chamber for a sufficient time by changing the flow of circling air in the combustion chamber, and sufficiently heating the combustion chamber by having an auxiliary structure, to perform complete combustion. SOLUTION: This stove includesion chamber 21; a fuel supply device 4 connected with the combustion chamber 21 and supplying a fuel; an air feeder 5 for feeding the air into the combustion chamber 21; a hollow air injection pipe 6 connected with the air feeder 5 in the combustion chamber 21 and comprising an oilwateseinjection hole 62 for injecting the fed air into the combustion chamber 21; and a circling air flow change combustion improvement plate 7 projecting from an outer peripheral face of the air injection pipe 6, and changing the air flow injected from the injection hole and circling in the combustion chamber 21 to assist the combustion.
