PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a stencil perfecting printing machine for performing the surface and back face continuous printing that, when a surface-printed paper sheet is conveyed to a paper re-feed stopper by a paper re-feed belt, and butted to the paper re-feed stopper for positioning, the relative positional relationship between a paper re-feed belt and a paper re-feed stopper is changed according to the rotational angle of a plate cylinder, and the paper sheet rides over the stopper if the timing of abutting on the paper re-feed stopper after the change, for example, if the printing speed is too high or if the size of the paper sheet is too small. SOLUTION: In a paper re-feeder, the rotation of a conveying belt is started in an early stage if the printing speed is too high or the size of a paper sheet is too small so that the timing of abutting the paper sheet on a paper re-feed stopper 24a becomes the value before the change of the relative positional relationship between a paper re-feed belt 38 and the paper re-feed stopper 24a.
