PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic access system capable of posteriori setting an automatic access destination. SOLUTION: A terminal 5 connected to a USB device 7 firstly accesses a host computer 1 and transmits a serial number of the USB device 7. The host computer 1 searches a database 11 using the serial number as an index, acquires an URL allocated to the serial number, and causes a terminal 5 to access the URL. Thus, a WEB page is sent from the WEB server W-2 indicated by the URL to the terminal 5 and displayed on the terminal 5. Since the transmission surely passes through the host computer 1, the host computer 1 can posteriori decide a WEB server used to access the terminal 5 according to the serial number.
