<p>The arrangement has a driver seat (7) and a passenger seat (9) that are fastened on a vehicle floor (13), where the driver seat is fastened to the vehicle floor opposite to the passenger seat in a vehicle longitudinal direction in an offset manner. A drive unit (17) is installed in an engine compartment (14) on a passenger side. A driver-sided foot space protrudes into the engine compartment in a vehicle transverse direction beside the drive unit. A rear seat (11) is provided behind the driver seat in a projection direction against the driving direction. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle comprising a seat arrangement.</p>
