A cooling-air-intake structure of a battery, in which the trunk side lining (35) of a body-side portion is arranged so as to be continuous to the side portion of the seatback (32) of a seat, and the air in the compartment taken in via an air inlet (36) provided in the front surface (35a) of the lining is used as cooling air for cooling the battery. Since at least a part of a seatbelt (38) in a non-use state is arranged to overlap the air inlet (36) when viewed in the front and back direction of the body, and at least a part of the seatbelt (38) is arranged to form a predetermined gap (b) with respect to the air inlet (36) when viewed in the body width direction, the seatbelt (38) can be prevented from closing the air inlet (36) to obstruct intake of cooling air while the seatbelt (38) is pulled toward the outside in the body width direction as much as possible so as not to overlap the seatback (32).
