A freight intermediating service system and an operating method thereof are provided to prevent privacy exposure due to visit of a home delivery person and ordering goods agency receipt. A seller terminal uses an user interface of an open market server to select an easy locker zone delivery service(S102). The seller terminal completes a freight registration process by inputting/selecting freight sales information through a freight sales setup menu provided from the user interface(S104). A purchaser terminal completes a freight purchase process by inputting/selecting freight purchase information through the freight sales setup menu provided from the user interface(S106). The open market server transmits the freight sales information and the freight purchase information to a freight intermediating management server(S108).
