A urine treating device for the female disabled is provided, which promotes the convenience of use and obtains hygienic environment. A urine treating device for the female disabled comprises: a resilient pad(10) of the curve formation; a urine elimination hole(200) which is installed at the resilient pad central curved part; a urine discharge member(20) having the outlet extended to the resilient pad outside from the urine elimination hole; a collection bag(30) having the sealed interior volume receiving the urine flowed in; a connection hose(40) connecting the outlet(210) of urine discharge member and the entrance of the collection bag; and an anti-overflow valve(50) installed at the middle of the connection hose.
