A composition for skin external preparation, which contains colostrums as an active ingredient is provided to improve skin condition by having anti-alergic effect, anti-inflammatory effect, promotion effect of keratin differentiation, and skin moisturization. A composition of skin external preparation comprises 0.001-30 weight% of colostrums based on the total weight as an active ingredient. The composition has the effect of anti-allergy, anti-inflammation, keratin differentiation, skin moisturization, skin barrier strengthening, improvement of wrinkle care. The composition comprises only colostrums, or further comprises excipient, diluents, or anti-oxidant. The composition is used in a form of skin softener, lotion, nutrition cream, spray, granule, essence, powder, syrup, liquid, aerosol, ointment, suspension, capsule, or pill. The excipient is used by mixing with glycerin, starch, water, alcohol, propylene glycol, or saline solution.
