A METHOD FOR NETWORK DESIGN AND MANAGEMENT BASED ON 3 DIMENSIONAL VIRTUAL VECTOR SPACE AS WELL AS MODULAR DESIGN TECHNOLOGY

A network design and management method using the 3D virtual space-based modularization technique is provided to divide a complex network into each layer, design the divided layers and then accumulatively express them on a 3D independent plane. A designer selects the network of a specific layer desired to be designed(S505). Corresponding network configuration information is expressed on one plane of a network tower(S506). The specific layer network is generated from a pre-stored data structure or a user generates a network topology through the node selection on the plane of the network tower(S507, S508). The designer stores edited information after editing the configuration information(S510).
