<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer blend for fabricating medical products. <P>SOLUTION: The polymer blend for fabricating medical products having first 1,2 polybutadiene in an amount of about 1 wt.% to about 99 wt.% of the blend and having a first melting point, and second 1,2 polybutadiene in an amount of about 1 wt.% to about 99 wt.% of the blend and having a second melting point higher than the first melting point. Polymer blends comprising the polybutadiene resin and a plurality of components are provided.
