<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing test method which can prevent a printing error from being committed to as low a level as possible, and a printing test device. <P>SOLUTION: This printing test device comprises (1) a printing content setting means for setting the printing content to be printed on a label, (2) a printing means for performing a trial printing job and a full-dress printing job according to the printing content set by the printing content setting means, (3) an image reading means for reading images obtained by the printing results of the trial printing job and the full-dress printing job, (4) a display means for displaying the printing result data of the trial printing job which are read by the image reading means, (5) a decision entering means for entering the decision on the acceptability of the printing results of the trial printing job to the display by the display means, (6) a master data acquisition means for acquiring the printing result data of the trial printing job as master data, when the printing results are decided as acceptable by the decision entering means, and (7) a full-dress acceptability deciding means for deciding the acceptability of the printing results of the full-dress printing job, by comparing the master data with the printing result data of the full-dress printing job which are read by the image reading means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
