<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an mRNA which is widely applicable, which enables the specific on-off control, and whose translation is controllable; an RNA-protein complex which is bound specifically to the mRNA; and a translation control system. <P>SOLUTION: An mRNA having a nucleotide sequence derived from an RNA-protein complex interaction motif at the 5'-side of its ribosome-binding site or the 5'-side inside portion of its open reading frame; and an mRNA having a nucleotide sequence complementary to a nucleotide sequence derived from an RNA-protein complex interaction motif at the 5'-side of its ribosome-binding site or the 5'-side inside portion of its open reading frame are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
