<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forging apparatus having a simple constitution and capable of simplifying a manufacturing process of a workpiece. <P>SOLUTION: The forging apparatus for forging a workpiece is provided with an oscillating die 3 which has a working groove 3a for working the workpiece in the predetermined shape and is oscillated in the direction substantially orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of a workpiece to press the workpiece with the working groove 3a. A surface 3c of the working groove 3a of the forging apparatus is formed in a grind stone shape, and burrs formed on the surface of the workpiece can be removed by the surface 3c of the working groove 3a while pressing the workpiece by the working groove 3a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
