<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely share an electronic document between only specific users on a workspace by applying an encryption technique by a PKI system. <P>SOLUTION: In this electronic document processing system, an electronic document protection setting part 13 performs setting for making an electronic document combined as one on a shared workspace a complicated protective document without allowing a user to be conscious through an intuitive and easy operation in which any user terminal, as a subject, performs encryption processing of a document bundles as a result by using the public key of each user participating in a bundling operation, wherein "the documents are bundled" among users with one another, so that the electronic document can be securely shared among specific users.
