<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink for a color filter of an inkjet system, the ink excellent in long-term dispersion stability of a pigment (dispersion stability) and discharge stability of liquid drops, to be used for manufacturing a color filter capable of displaying images with excellent contrast and a broad color reproducibe range, while suppressing color unevenness or density unevenness in each portion, and having excellent uniformity of characteristics among individual products. <P>SOLUTION: The ink for a color filter is to be used for manufacturing a color filter by an inkjet system, and the ink contains C.I.Pigment Red 254, C.I.Pigment Red 177, a dispersion medium, and a pigment derivative expressed by formula (1). In formula (1), n represent an integer from 1 to 5; and each of X<SP>1</SP>to X<SP>8</SP>independently represents a hydrogen or halogen atom. The dispersion medium contains at least one in 1,3-butyleneglycol diacetate, bis(2-butoxyethyl)ether, 2-(2-methoxy-1-methylethoxy)-1-methylethylacetate, triethyleneglycol butylmethylether, and diethyleneglycol monobutyletheracetate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
