<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified polyolefin-based resin having excellent adhesiveness to a hardly adhesive base material and enabling adhesive processing within a short time, a composition containing the resin and a method for producing the composition by using a ready method and a simple apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention provides the modified polyolefin-based resin composition obtained by melt-kneading (a) a polyolefin-based resin with (c) an epoxy group-containing vinyl monomer, (d) a vinyl monomer having a conjugated double bond and (e) the other vinyl monomer in the presence of (b) a radical polymerization initiator and containing the component (c) in an amount of 0.1-50 wt.% in 100 wt.% total of the components (a), (c), (d) and (e). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
