PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably dispose an antenna member without exerting adverse influence on the appearance of a vehicle and without using a specific fixture. SOLUTION: An outer panel 5 and an inner panel 7 are constituted so that respective peripheral edges are integrally joined to each other. Between the panels 5, 7 in the joint portion, an antenna member 10 for transmitting/receiving radio waves is made to exist like a loop along an upper edge of a lift gate 1 and an outer peripheral edge of the lift gate 1 which is upper than the upper edge. In the existing area of the antenna member 10, both the panels 5, 7 are mutually welded by heat generation due to current supply to the antenna member 10 and the antenna member 10 is buried in fused resin 34.
