发明名称 BRIDGE DAMPING DEVICE AND VIADUCT
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bridge damping device which is provided to a predetermined position between diameters of a viaduct, which is constituted to damp the vertical vibration of a bridge girder, which can obtain a damping effect with respect to a wide range of frequency bands, and which can secure compliance with respect to displacement in the bridge axial direction of the bridge girder caused by an earthquake or the like. SOLUTION: A strut 12 is provided on the ground which is in the center between diameters of the viaduct, and a device body 14 provided with a plurality of vibration dampers 20 is provided between the strut 12 and the bridge girder 112. Each of the vibration dampers 20 is constituted by providing high-attenuation rubber 36 between a pair of perpendicular plates 32, 34 which is arranged in parallel with each other. The perpendicular plate 32 on one hand is connected to the strut 12, and the other perpendicular plate 34 is connected to the bridge girder 112. Because of this, the vertical vibration of the bridge girder 112 is damped by shearing deformation of the high-attenuation rubber 36. In this case, the connection between the perpendicular plate 32 and the strut 12 is made through the medium of a bridge axial direction slider 16 which allows relative displacement in the bridge axial direction.
