PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint member which hardly makes a gap between two frame members to be connected together, and fittings. SOLUTION: The joint member joins the two adjacent frame members among the plurality of frame members to be annularly connected together, in such a manner that ends of the frame members butt against each other. The joint member comprises a regulation portion which regulates separation between the joint member and the one frame member along the longitudinal direction of one of the two adjacent frame members, and a pressing portion which presses the other frame member against the side of the one frame member, while allowing separation between the joint member and the other frame member along the longitudinal direction of the other one of the two adjacent frame members.
