PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability in performing sleep in a MDGC system combining two GCs. SOLUTION: A primary controlling and processing section 41 embodied by a special-purpose software installed in a computer main unit 40 includes functions of displaying a setting screen for setting method files in batch to instruct status of each section at sleep of both GC devices 1, 3; reading out method files for the primary GC device 1 and sending a controlling command to an analysis controlling section 17, when sleep performance is instructed on the setting screen; and transmitting method files for the secondary GC device 3 to a secondary controlling and processing section 43. The secondary controlling and processing section 43 embodied by a special-purpose software installed in the same computer main unit 40 includes a function of reading out the transmitted method files for the secondary GC device 3 to send a controlling command to an analysis controlling section 34.
