A full crowning provided on an outer diameter surface (13) of a roller (11) includes a first crowning (14a), a second crowning (14b), and a third crowning (14c). When a length of the roller (11) in its rolling axial direction is twice a length of the roller (11) in its radial direction and less, a curvature radius R1 of the first crowning (14a) positioned at a distance of 32% of the length of the roller (11) in the rolling axial direction from an end face (12a) of the roller (11) is R551 to R1000, a curvature radius R2 of the second crowning (14b) positioned at a distance of 23% of the length of the roller in the rolling axial direction from the end face (12a) of the roller (11) is R321 to R550, and a curvature radius R3 of the third crowning 14c positioned at a distance of 15% of the length of the roller in the rolling axial direction from the end face (12a) of the roller 11 is R200 to R320.
